Nicholas Tate

On January 17, 2012, the Paulding County Superior Court
ordered the execution of Nicholas Cody Tate. Commissioner
Brian Owens has set the date for January 31, 2012 at the
Georgia Diagnostic and Classification Prison in Jackson at 7:00 p.m.

On January 31, 2012, a stay of execution was issued for Mr. Tate as a result of his decision to continue his appeals.
