On December 9, Muscogee Superior Court Judge Robert Johnston denied Carlton Gary's request for a stay of execution and a DNA test of newly discovered physical evidence, saying the motion was merely intended to delay the execution.  Mr. Gary's execution is scheduled for Wednesday, December 16 at 7 PM.  Please Take Action Now to stop this execution!
